Attracting exceptional occupiers
The Marq is a new 35,000 sq ft commercial offering in the heart of St James’s with a flagship retail and F&B opportunity on the ground and lower ground floors.
We were briefed by The Crown Estate to produce a bespoke digital and print campaign to attract a premium retailer and restaurateur to make The Marq their home. In 2020 exquisite French brasserie and wine bar Maison Francois moved into the space to high acclaim.

Following the thread
Jermyn Street has a rich history in tailoring, traditional apparel and refined retail. We created a campaign called Follow the Thread that celebrated the stories and the retail experiences of St James’s via a marketing web-app. High-quality and elegant finishes along with the use of bold colour convey the area’s contemporary craftsmanship, brought to life in a bespoke brochure and bobbin gift that was sent to potential occupiers. To support the physical space we created a ribbon installation linking all the campaign components together in a vibrant window display.
