Central Park Tower

Upon completion, Central Park Tower will be the tallest residential building in the western hemisphere. Overlooking New York’s crown jewel Central Park, this luxury residential tower will have the most incredible views in the city.

From developers Extell, and designed by architects Smith+Gill, the soaring structure will truly deliver the experience of ‘life at the top.’

Wordsearch was asked to develop an identity and suite of collateral for Central Park Tower, alongside renderings, film, and an immersive light show for the building’s sales centre.

Over the course of two days, we photographed models for renderings and film using a mix of still photography and photogrammetry.

These beautiful images sought to invoke the feeling of ‘Life at the Top’ by combining luxurious lifestyle elements with the building’s unbeatable views.
