At the heart of the tech-ready building and brand is ‘Hudson`, an AI that represents the innovation hub that is this building. Hudson would live on the website and lobby redefining what a brand solution is. Hudson will not only live; but over time learn and grow – if a guest walks into the building wearing red, then Hudson can adapt and change its color to red.

325 Hudson is a 10-story, 220,000 SF flexible and tech-ready mixed-use building offering new office and life science space, a state-of-the-art data center, reimagined lobby and experiential amenities. It’s a building designed to address the complex and varied needs of today’s life science and office tenants, with access to one of New York’s key data centers within the building. We went through our strategic process to decipher the key message for this brand and as the building is bringing in life science and creative tenants, it truly is a meeting of minds, bringing left brain and right brain together.

We created a classic campaign for tenants seeking significant, flexible workspace in the most vibrant part of Midtown South. 63 Madison provides large, light floorplates in a full-block building situated in the most dynamic and exciting office location in Manhattan.
This is a hardworking building which has stood the test of time as a solid headquarters to New York Life, with outstanding transportation connections in the heart of the popular Madison Square Park submarket of Midtown South. Solid, rich and timeless – as a building, and as a location, 63 Madison brings a history of solidity, energy and creative endeavour to a future which needs all three.

63 Madison Avenue is located moments from Madison Square Park in Manhattan`s popular Midtown South district. This classic office building is ideally located for the area`s many amenities, bars and restaurants, and the brand seeks to celebrate this along with 62 Madison`s classic 60s design and new lobby. We worked with photographer Guillaume Gaudet to capture both the local area and the building`s classic feel, with a nod to Madison Avenue`s `Mad Men` era to give the marketing materials a sleek and sophisticated look.

Successful property brands are about more than buildings. Their commitment to the cities and communities where they work is what sets them apart from the competition. Hanking wears its love for Shenzen 50 metres tall on the landmark Hanking Centre. The bold brand and campaign we created is an expression of this same connection.

We created an identity for Hanking that celebrates their connection to Shenzhen. The logo is clear, intelligent and open, taking elements of their existing brand to create something modern, focused and instantly recognisable. A bold campaign idea ‘We do’ reinforces the connection between the developer and the dynamic positivity of their home city.

Hanking is as energetic and innovative as its home city, Shenzhen. We worked with the management, from Chairman to sales staff, to identify what makes the brand unique. Together we created a bold and simple mission statement that sets Hanking apart – ‘Creating new standards for the city we love’ – and a high impact logo that builds on the firm’s existing identity and culture.
