Unequalled and, quite literally, never to be repeated

Wordsearch Australia partnered with TPA to deliver a cross-platform campaign which focused on exclusivity, location and privilege. To enforce the rare opportunity for purchasers, we created a marble-covered brochure; the most expensive ever to be produced in Australian real estate. Its 92 pages explore the design and aesthetics of the building by profiling its creators, alongside a suite of over 30 renders by Floodslicer, which celebrate the building’s curved form.

Almost impossible  

Alongside the brochure we produced an around-the-world film and teaser film, with production studio Invisible Artists, taking in three continents in 15 days as we interviewed the building’s creators in the environments which made them famous. This was accompanied by a website, a digital presentation tool, renderings, advertising and stationery, all of which were underpinned by initial strategic workshops which captured the vision for the Residences.
