Appealing to first time buyers

The residential development features 183 homes and three retail units, and offers an opportunity to ‘live local’ in a characterful environment while remaining in London. 

The lively identity appears across a brochure, website, hoarding, bespoke beermats, data sheets, advertising and CGI renderings, and calls out to potential tenants including first time buyers and young professionals looking to limit the length of their commute and find their own patch of London.
