One Manhattan Square
Our challenge was to create a branding and marketing campaign for the huge 815-unit condominium tower that would appeal to a wide demographic of buyers; encompassing singles, young families, empty nesters and pied-a-terres in domestic and international markets.
The campaign focussed on the tower’s proximity to the Lower East Side, one of New York’s most eclectic neighborhoods. It also centered on the unparalleled views and the 100,000+ square feet of indoor and outdoor building amenities, including sprawling gardens and sunken spas.
Sales suite highlights included a 360° immersive room with a 24 square metre projection surface, an aerial film to demonstrate the unparalleled city views and a whimsical brand film. Plus an interactive website featuring specially commissioned illustrations and 27 striking renderings.
Print pieces comprised a vibrant neighborhood guide book and two distinct brochures, one aimed at a US audience and the other to an international audience, of which the latter relied on insights from our global network to attract a market which was unfamiliar to our client.
